I just experienced after sales service from DDL and I can tell you that I am more than happy with the service they provided. No back-pedalling, no blaming, no avoiding contact, no upselling!! Very quick replies with the right information that fixed my ‘faulty’ Samsung door lock in minutes, ….for free! Nothing but praise for DDL. This was our second purchase from DDL in the past 4 years.
